We are excited to announce that Joelyn Barrett has been hired as the new Executive Director. Joelyn graduated from Saint Cloud State University with a bachelor's degree within Community Service Administration and a Masters within Educational Administration. In addition to 15+ years' experience within non-profit management she has an extensive background within program development, fundraising and marketing. Over the years, Joelyn has worked diligently to bring her knowledge and experience to work for her love and strong belief in the importance of health and well-being for all ages and to enhance the development of community-based services that assist in promoting individual strength, independence, stability and mindfulness.
Both Joelyn and her husband (Stephen) enjoy the beautiful seasons Minnesota has to offer and the acitivities that coincide – from summer gardening and fishing to hitting the snowmobile trails in 20 degree temps. Joelyn is very excited to be on-board and is looking forward to the adventure that is ahead...

Kathy Kahlhamer resigned as executive director of HFHMC in August 2019 for personal family health reasons.
“I will miss all the great people who have made Habitat for Humanity of Morrison County what it is. It’s the volunteers, Board members and donors who keep the dream of home ownership alive and within reach year after year for our partner families as they continue to pray, donate and volunteer. Thanks for the memories and your amazing accomplishments.” Kathy has been a remarkable leader and an inspiration to all who have worked with her over the years. She has been instrumental in making HFHMC a viable, quality organization. She will be greatly missed.
